If you need to translate a few words, a paragraph, or even a whole webpage, you might like to try the Windows Live Translator.  Apparently, you can translate text into languages such as:

  • Arabic – English
  • Chinese – English
  • Dutch – English
  • German – English
  • Italian – English
  • Japanese – English
  • Korean – English
  • Spanish – English
  • Portuguese – English

and vice versa.

I’ve also added this in my list of bookmarks under Dictionaries.
